Measures to Improve Test Efficiency of Insulation Tools

Insulation tools are indispensable auxiliary insulation safety tools during live work. Therefore, it is very important to regularly test the insulation quality of insulation tools. This paper investigates and studies the test efficiency of safety tools in this unit. The research shows that the low test efficiency of insulating boots has the greatest influence on the low test efficiency of insulating tools among all test tools. In addition, it is determined that the insulating boot to be tested is placed in the water tank for a long time, which is the root cause of the low efficiency of the insulating boot test. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the height of the water tank from the ground and the large measurement deviation with a small steel bowl are the main reasons for the long time of placing the insulation boot to be tested in the water tank. In view of the above reasons, this paper develops an automatic steel ball separating machine to solve the problem of large measurement deviation with small steel bowls in the traditional method. Besides, a scissor-type electric lifting platform is developed to solve the problem of the height of the water tank from the ground, so as to solve the problem of low test efficiency of insulating tools. After many applications in the field, it is verified that the automatic steel ball separation machine and scissor-type electric lift table developed in this paper can effectively improve the test efficiency of insulating tools.
