FarmWise: Digital Weeders for Robotic Weeding of Farm Fields

Jeff Meyer spends his days walking through farm fields, carrying an internet-connected tablet and watching a robot cut down weeds—and not cut down lettuce. He used to drive tractors and trucks across farms in North Dakota, but he says that his current employer, FarmWise, "caught me right away" when he was looking for a similar agricultural role in California. "I was so intrigued and excited about working with artificial intelligence for weeding."
