A Web Based Application for Optimization of Less than Truckload Problem

The freight transportation and logistics are playing a crucial role in the economic development of the country. Major technological development helps freight logistics to reach new heights. The major problems with freight transportation are Less than TruckLoad (LTL) of vehicles and the empty truck on back trips. To overcome these problems, freight drivers or transport companies can increase the use of a significant application for tracking down the suitable shipper. In this paper, we proposed and developed a web application to smoothen the freight transportation and to secure the information of shipment. This project will efficiently minimize the cost for both the shipper and freight driver or Transport Company.
