Simultaneous Signals and Power Transmission over Hybrid RoF and PWoF System

This paper introduces a 5G network based on the fusion of RoF and PWoF. Wireless signal transmission and electric energy transmission are integrated through optical fiber network. The experimental simulation of the transmission capacity and efficiency of the system shows that the system can provide the power required by the remote antenna unit(RAU) and concentrate the power supply system in the central control system. This paper also builds the basic framework of the fusion system, sorts out the experimental ideas, simulates the system with software, and finally verifies the reliability of the fusion system.
