Design and Computational Analysis of the modified Exhaust System

The exhaust system is of one the main components in the vehicles, today in the market scenario, Automobiles are coming with an exhaust system that is either producing a lot of noise or they are producing less power in the engine. The cost of customization of the exhaust system is too high and this is not affordable to many automobile enthusiasts. In the present study, the new design is introduced which will not only reduce the noise coming from the engine but will also help to increase the power output of the engine, It will also keep a check on the direct nature of noise with respect to the power output. The new proposed muffler design comes with a noise reduction system and also increases the power of the engine. This muffler is of baffle design nature and with a special material that can help in reducing the noise, By the use of this muffler system, not only noise will be reduced but also it is safe to the environment and also safer to the person who is dealing with it. In future this design can possibly be used in the automobile for getting the best out of it. The modified exhaust design is then examined in detail by CFD analysis etc.
