Implementation of Machine Outliner for nanoMIPS in the LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This work describes extending of the LLVM Compiler Infrastructure support for nanoMIPS, which is an architecture from MIPS family of processors, with the Machine Outliner. The aim of Machine Outliner is to reduce code size by replacing repeated sequences of instructions with calls to equivalent functions. Results gained with enabled Machine Outliner showed code size reduction up to 40% for some test cases.
