Building criteria for the validation of Remote Laboratory Management Systems

In this paper it is studied the status of remote laboratories and the tools that allow them to be integrated into the teaching of Electronic Engineering. The characteristics of traditional versus remote laboratories are analyzed from the point of view of teaching and evaluation, in order to establish the minimum necessary guidelines that Remote Laboratory Management Systems must offer for this purpose. The conclusion is based on the tools that allow the monitoring of the student's activity for a correct evaluation of what has been done, the student's immersion in the activity and the skills that are likely to be achieved.
