Performance Analysis of 80 Gb/s XGS-PON Configuration for Future Co-Existing Scenario

This article simulates and configures the eight-channel 10-Gigabit-capable symmetric passive optical network scheme using Opti. System software. Secondly, the 25 Km and 1:64 splitter results show that the bit error rate of the λ1 is better than λ8. Finally, it is interesting to attempt this investigation using the Return zero data format. The opening eye diagram is cleared than using non return zero format. So, the implementation of 80 Gb/s wave division multiplexing eight channel of 10-Gigabit-capable symmetric passive optical network would be a part of an excellent solution to meet the capacity demands of access networks.
