Research on Main Pull Rod of Inclined Shaft Skip under Different Working Conditions Based on Theory and Simulation Analysis

Inclined shaft skip is a safety equipment of coal mine hoisting and transportation system. As a common type of lift container in mines, inclined shaft skip is worthy of attention for its stress and strain under load. This paper takes a safety production accident as the starting point, and discusses the factors that affect the safety of the main connecting device of the skip. Using statics theory calculation and analysis, the influence of two unfavorable factors of traction deflection angle and overload on the tensile stress and bending stress of the main tie rod is obtained. The main pull rod model is established in the finite element analysis software, and appropriate constraints are applied to carry out the simulation analysis. Thus, the stress and safety factor cloud diagrams of the connection device are obtained. By further analysis of the simulation results, the main reason for the misalignment of the traction center and overload is proposed. It can provide a reference for further optimization of the skip pull rod design.
