Agricultural and Husbandry Intelligent Waste Treatment Device based on Dry Fermentation

Improper treatment of agricultural and animal husbandry wastes can cause many problems such as environmental pollution. At present, the treatment of agricultural and animal husbandry wastes mostly uses wet fermentation. However, this method has the problems of secondary pollution and low gas production efficiency. Dry fermentation can be very effective. To make up for the above shortcomings of wet fermentation, a dry fermentation-based agricultural and animal husbandry waste treatment device is designed for this purpose, which includes four core parts: a pretreatment module, a dry fermentation module, a post-processing module, and an intelligent control module. By designing a special structure of agitator and heat supply and insulation system, and establishing a model of the corresponding relationship between multi-sensors and the fermentation situation in the dry fermentation tank, it is difficult to agitate the dry fermentation substrate and the fermentation temperature is difficult to maintain constant. The device is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, has high production efficiency, and has broad prospects on the road of new energy development.
