Design of PLC Intelligent Control System based on Improved Genetic Ant Colony Algorithm

The research background of this paper originated from the intelligent material installation system based on PLC. Through the processing of the sensor signal by the PLC and the triggering of the corresponding indicator light, a PLC intelligent control system based on the genetic ant colony algorithm was designed and developed to simplify the programming. The research results show that the default values for the AS parameters are β=0.2, ρ=0.7, for the experimentally determined ACS and the improved ant colony optimization algorithm (each value exceeds 10 trials) β=1, ρ=0.7, using the research obtained the selected parameters can obtain the best results of the three algorithms.
