Studies and research on the possibilities of implementing ergonomic principles in increasing labor productivity

The paper presents a study from an ergonomic point of view of the educational spaces within the "Vasile Alecsandri" University of Bacau. A number of 191 respondents from the Faculty of Engineering were interviewed, directly but also online. The questionnaire focused on 11 questions, addressed to those who studied ergonomics but also to those who did not. The study revealed a number of problems in the educational spaces and the organization of the UVAB activity, but there were no major problems. Respondents had a positive opinion on the issues interviewed, and their suggestions were relevant. The problems highlighted by the respondents were those related to the comfort of the furniture in the classrooms, the lighting of the halls, and the need for more parking spaces.
