A truly random number generator based on thermal noise

This paper describes a kind of architecture of truly random number generator circuits. A simple circuit to generate truly random numbers, which is based on thermal noise of the resistor, is presented, as well as some simulation results. The circuit can be fabricated using standard CMOS process.
