Design and Implementation of Remote Evaluation System for the Prosthetic Limbs

People who have had their lower limbs amputated have movement limitations, which affects their life quality. Biosensors are commonly used to evaluate spatial and temporal features and kinetics to enable active tracking of the amputee pros-thesis systems. In this work, a complete mobile sensor platform is designed and constructed of a low-cost and efficient wearable platform for evaluating prosthetic lower limbs, monitoring the healthy part of the body with nonsurgical sensors, alerting the health authorities with early notice of emergency cases, using unique sensors to help with psychological and physical rehabilitation.
