Resource Allocation of Downlink Heterogeneous NOMA Network Based on Multi-user with Different Speeds

This paper considers the downlink NOMA heterogeneous network resource allocation problem based on multi-user with different speeds. It is a non-convex problem due to the joint user grouping and the power allocation problem among users. Therefore, we decouple the problem into three sub-problems, namely user grouping, user pairing, and power allocation among users. The goal is to maximize the sum rate of system while meeting the quality of service (QOS) for users. For users that exceed the upper limit of the number of SBS users served, the channel condition ratio is used to select users served by MBS. Then a matching algorithm is used to solve the matching problem between users and sub-channels. Finally, a successive convex approximation algorithm (SCA) is used to obtain a suboptimal solution to realize power distribution among users. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieves a good balance between computational complexity and performance.
