RF photonics for simultaneous multiple TTD beamforming for 2-D antenna arrays

An all-optical implementation for broadband 2-D array multi-beam steering is presented. A key component of these beamformers is a novel multistage technique for non-mechanical image rotation that is used to turn 2-D beam-steering into a 1-D true time delay problem.
