Determination of online DATC with uncertainty and state estimation

The present paper, firstly, reviews the static and dynamic ATC (SATC-DATC) determination methods. Secondly, it investigates the state estimate online mode. In this paper, the static ENRS-DR+ method, which combines the NRS method with DH and corrects both methods, is employed. EPEBS and EPOMP have also been used in combination to determine transient stability that is, any correction to previous methods. A combination of online state estimation, transient stability, and static method led to a combined approach for DATC (CDATC). The results on a large and real network show its suitability, speed, and higher accuracy than the FADATC method. The ideas are demonstrated on Iowa State (145 bus) and the east of Iran (849 bus) networks.
