The Method of Redistribution of Technogenic Load from Radio-Electronic and Instrument-Making Industries Using Online Geo-Information System

The most important scientific and technological trend of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation is the provision of environmentally oriented production by reducing the technogenic load on the environment. The regional-basin approach in the environmental and technological regulation of the technogenic load predetermines the need to develop tools for managing the regional distribution of kWh of wastewater discharge and setting limits on the use of natural resources, secondary raw materials, transport networks and utilities. A method is proposed for redistributing quotas for wastewater discharges that affect water resources for radio electronics and instrumentation enterprises, taking into account their level of environmental friendliness and the specified environmental indicators of the natural and technical system, which allows identifying areas of technogenic impact of functioning radioelectronic and instrument-making industries, as well as due to optimization of the level of load to reduce the negative impact of production on the water bodies of a particular river basin.
