Research on diagnosis technology of foreign matter in GIS equipment based on vibration signal

In the process of installation and maintenance of GIS equipment, maintenance tools are often left inside the equipment. The traditional equipment fault diagnosis method can not well detect the existence of foreign matter in the equipment. Vibration detection can make up for the shortcomings of foreign matter detection in GIS equipment to a certain extent. Based on the 330kV GIS equipment test platform, foreign matters are placed inside the GIS equipment, the vibration signal of the GIS equipment shell under the power frequency voltage and current is obtained. The results show that the vibration signal intensity of the equipment shell is closely related to the applied current. By analyzing the frequency spectrum of the vibration signal of the GIS equipment shell, the influence of foreign matters on the vibration signal can be observed. When there is no foreign matter in the equipment, most of the frequency components of the measured vibration signal are frequency multiplication components of 100Hz. When foreign matter is placed in the equipment, there are more stray signal components in the vibration signal spectrum, and it has a certain impact on the proportion of frequency multiplication signal components in different frequency bands.
