Time-varying Regularity Exploration and Regulation Practice of Driving Fatigue

Among the main factors affecting driving fatigue, consecutive driving time and corresponding rest time are considered to be the most direct factors. As a state variable, driving fatigue of the driver has a gradual accumulation process during the driving. It is necessary to study the time-varying regularity of the entire cycle of driver fatigue. This article provides a review of time-varying regularity of motor vehicle driving fatigue and fatigue driving management method. The research results and regulations on reasonable consecutive driving time and rest time of drivers all over the world are summarized. The limitations of the researches on driver fatigue state judging or prediction and fatigue time-varying regularity are discussed.
