C4.5 Algorithm Application For Prediction 0f Customer Satisfaction Accuracy In PT. Pico Jaya Telesindo

PT Pico Jaya Telesindo is one of the distributors who sell mobile accessories products. In 2019, it is known that sales of handphone accessories products sold do not always increase in certain months, sales of handpone accessories products sometimes decline. So because of these problems, the author wants to do a customer satisfaction analysis of the products of PT Pico Jaya Telesindo with the aim of evaluation as well as knowing satisfaction from customers of the company’s branch in Batam City. In conducting research on customer satisfaction analysis of PT Pico Jaya Telesindo, the authors carry out methods or techniques of data mining using the classification of decision trees or decision trees and algorithm type C4.5 which is done by manually calculating and also using the WEKA application. The results of the classification of data obtained by the rules in the decision tree with the algorithm type of C4.5 manually with the if-then rules using the WEKA application. And finally in accordance with the results of calculations and testing the customer satisfaction analysis process carried out was quite significantly influenced by several attributes of the customer satisfaction variable, namely the availability attribute, the warranty attribute and the product quality attribute
