Analysis and Treatment of Abnormal Growth of Total Hydrocarbon in ±800kV Converter Transformer

This paper conducts research and analysis on the abnormal condition of total hydrocarbon in the main body of ±800kV Lingzhou UHV converter station of Ningxia power grid during operation. Firstly, through the on-line and off-line observation and analysis of oil chromatographic data, and then through the licensing of live and power failure test data, and through the return to the plant physical examination and simulation analysis, the author finds out the cause of abnormal total hydrocarbon and replaces the abnormal condition of rheology. However, the total hydrocarbon abnormality occurred again during the delivery test, and the secondary exchange flow cover was opened for inspection and treatment. Finally, the correctness of the rectification measures was verified through the delivery test.
