Enhanced Hybrid Resource Scheduler for an Institution Employing NB-RR Scheduling

The practice of allocating and administering assets and capabilities that promote a company's key goals is known as allocating resources. Controlling natural resources, including such equipment, to make more use of smoother resources such as human resources is a more effective allocation. Scheduling plans play an essential part in real-world applications, from single users to big companies. The manual allocation has always been done with many time limitations. However, in today's world, dynamic scheduling is necessary for all applications, such as hall allocation, staff allocation, and student allocation, among others. In most cases, scheduling is done by unequally allocating work. The resources are categorized using the Naive Bayes technique and scheduled employing the Round Robin method (NB-RR) to address this problem. This RR scheduler with NB technique distributes resources equitably across all works, such as staffing the room in a RR fashion. We match with existing methods, the suggested approach schedules faster and produces better outcomes.
