Study of Uncoupled Neuron Model’s Synchronization Characteristics

The uncoupled neuron system model is made up of two Hindmarsh-Rose neurons. The stimulating current of two uncoupled neuron model is the membrane potential’s period signals, which is under different initial conditions. By discussing neurons’ membrane potentials and phases, the two uncoupled neuron model’s synchronization features are studied. The uncoupled neuron model is under different initial conditions, and under the period membrane potential’s stimulation, it can achieve discharging synchronization(phase synchronization) or state synchronization( full synchronization), which is the same as stimulating signal. the discharging pattern and the strength of the stimulating neuron’s membrane potential decide mainly the synchronization features, which is unconnected to the uncoupled neurons’ parameters and initial state. The paper shows results that the two uncoupled neuron model’s synchronization process is affected by the stimulating neuron’s discharging features, and is helpful to discuss neural network’s or some neurons’ encode and synchronization.
