QoS Guaranteed Spectrum Resource Allocation in Heterogeneous Vehicular Networks

V2X communication plays an important role in intelligent transportation road safety system. Compared to the traditional wireless communication scenario, the high mobility in vehicular communication leads to rapid topological changes. The vehicle services have different QoS requirements for latency and Reliability. Under different network load conditions, the resource allocation scheme of the centralized/distributed V2X communication system directly affects the user experience. Based on the slowly changing large-scale fading channel information, this paper performs reliability and latency-aware (power control-based) spectrum resource allocation to maximize system throughput while meeting different service reliability and latency requirements of V2V links. First, we obtain expressions for steady-state packet loss rate and delay for each possible spectrum reuse pair based on message queue analysis. Then a power control based greedy (PCBG) matching algorithm is developed to improve the spectral efficiency by solving a bipartite matching problem in polynomial time. The simulation results show that compared with other strategies, the proposed algorithm maximizes the system throughput and improves the spectral efficiency while meeting the QoS requirements of different services.
