Graphical Model and Algorithm of Human Resource Optimal Configuration Based on FPGA and Microsystem Analysis

With the growth of the global economy, the growth engine of the global economy is gradually shifting from physical capital to human capital. As the carrier of knowledge and skills, people play a central role in promoting economic vitality and promoting social and economic development. The purpose of this paper is to study the image model and algorithm of optimal configuration of human resources based on FPGA and microsystem analysis. This paper analyzes the concept of Japanese human resources, the statistics of human resources and the evaluation of the quality and ability of human resources, and also establishes a model of optimal allocation of human resources, and draws the experimental results. The empirical analysis results show that the performance of the traditional human resources optimization configuration image model and algorithm has been greatly improved after using FPGA and microsystem analysis methods, and we conducted a questionnaire and found that more than 84% of people felt that the design of human resources optimization The configuration image model and algorithm are applied to FPGA and microsystem analysis methods, and it is found that the design efficiency has become higher.
