Research on Information Fusion Method for Cutting Positioning of Wire Harness Corrugated Pipe

The paper presents an information fusion method to ensure that the wire harness corrugated pipe is cut to the specified length and the cutting position is at the wave crest. A discrete-time linear system model is established, in which the linear displacement information of worktable is collected by photoelectric encoder as prediction information and the vertical distance information of wave crest is collected by displacement sensor as measurement information. An improved adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm is studied, which can realize on-line real-time iterative estimation of worktable linear displacement and wave crest cutting location. This method not only greatly reduces the noise estimation error, but also improves the positioning accuracy of the corrugated pipe. The error rate of crest cutting location is close to zero.
