Use Of Temporal Logic In Software Engineering For Analysis And Modeling

There are so many scientific disciplines now a day in which temporal logic is utilized and discussed in immense detail. Just like any other scientific disciplines, software engineering is also studied by scholars and researchers under this new paradigm. Whenever analysis and modeling is considered in software engineering, a tool is used rigorously which is Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML is becoming standard in the field of software engineering for analysis and modeling. It is a bundle of rules and conventions to model and specify different aspects of a software system. In this research paper we review some of innovative ideas offered by a number of scholars in the field of UML by giving special consideration to temporal logic.
