Smart Ambulance with IOT and Periodic Data Analysis

With increased traffic on the road, the ambulance faces a difficult challenge in getting the patient to the hospital on time, which results in patient loss due to heavy blood loss, decreased pulse rate, and other factors, all of which contribute to death. The reality is that tens of thousands of people die every year because ambulances take too long to respond to an emergency. This study presents a solution based on the IOT, a new technology that is rapidly gaining traction. Ambulance is facilitated with biomedical sensors such as heartbeat rate sensors, temperature sensors, and pulse sensors that can feel and track the injured person's health conditions and send that information to a nearby hospital server. There is also a fingerprint scanner that takes the injured person's fingerprint and sends it to the hospital server, which searches the cloud for the injured person's fingerprint and retrieves the person's private information before automatically registering the patient's admission form.
