Relationship Modelling between Regional Higher Education and Regional Economic Development from Data Collection and Computer Simulation Perspectives

This paper studies the relationship modelling between regional higher education and the regional economic development from the data collection and computer simulation perspectives. When designing a simulation database and dealing with time and the space contradictions, efficiency requirements should be given priority. If the data is not obtained within the limited time, the data is obsolete data, and the obsolete data is invalid data. The design of the database should be based on the response speed required by the support platform for different data and the size of the data volume to determine the data access strategy. In actual production, the real-time measurement system is generally used for the data collection, and the coordinate information of the measured point is processed with the help of internal programs, and with these technique novelties, the designed model is implemented. Through the testing on different sets of data, the model is then verified.
