Investigation and Analysis on the Development Status and Talent Demand of Rural E-Commerce Logistics in the Era of Big Data

With the rapid development of the era of big data, the rural e-commerce logistics (REL) industry has become an important industry in China's development, and the proportion of REL is also increasing. The REL industry has brought new opportunities to China's mass economy. Talents determine the development of REL industry. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the development status and talent demand of REL in the era of big data. This paper analyzes the development status and prospects of REL industry, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for REL talents through big data statistics, screening and analysis of REL talent needs. This paper puts forward that rural logistics talents are very important, which provides a reference for the research on the current situation of REL industry and the demand for logistics talents. This paper analyzes the urgent demand of REL industry for e-commerce logistics talents from the perspective of big data. According to the relevant policies and survey data of our country's REL industry, this paper uses the relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis method and the linear prediction method to forecast and analyze the demand for REL talents, and makes a preliminary statistical analysis of the growth of China's REL transportation mode. This document provides a theoretical basis for the proposals on the REL talent reserve. Objectives in the development situation of the REL industry, and provides reference according to the talent forecast data of REL industry. The experimental research shows that the annual growth rates of railway, highway and civil aviation are 4.4%, 6.8% and 1.4% respectively, and the demand of REL talents in 2020, 2021 and 2022 is predicted to be 249600, 260300 and 271200.
