Dual-Band Electromagnetic Induced Transparency in a Terahertz Metawaveguide Design

We explore the dual-band Electromagnetic Induced Transparency (EIT) effect in a parallel plate meta-waveguide design. Most work on EIT in metamaterials is based on the standard transmission method. In this work, we have tried to demonstrated the dual-band EIT effect in a one-dimensional array of concentric coupled circular split-ring resonators on a waveguide. The waveguide configuration provides a large interaction length of the wave with the resonators and an efficient way to utilize the magnetic field component.
