Problems of technical states diagnosing of electronic devices

In the article, the problems and modern approaches to the process of diagnosis of radio electronic devices are analyzed. The necessity of creation of methods and tools for diagnosis of the availability index of radio electronic device products oriented to continuous information support on stretch of all life cycle of devices is shown beginning from a requirement specification before termination of maintenance.
