Retracted: Image Restoration by Inverse Filtering

The image restoration application is a trial to implement and analyze few image restoration techniques such as inverse filter, truncated inverse filter, Weiner filter and unnatural method of least squares (LS). The application come up with a simple process to operate interface engineered on PyQt4 to carry out the operations on grayscale and color pictures and is utterly enforced in Python. The proposed model has been tested against a set of degraded pictures having variable levels of noise and known/ unknown kernels, the small print of that are included during this report. The outputs obtained were satisfactory with the restrictions on techniques used as a trial were conjointly made to implement the operations. However, the performance of those operations is optimized in terms of computation time by using the proposed method.
