Research on Coriolis Mass Flowmeter Signal Processing and Driving Method

In this paper, the digital signal processing method and driving method of Coriolis flowmeter are studied. Three digital signal processing methods of Coriolis flowmeter are mainly studied: the method based on digital phase-locked loop, the method based on quadrature demodulation and the method based on the method of adaptive Funnel filter and sliding Goertzel algorithm; stiffness algorithm, bubble compensation algorithm, and dual-mode compensation algorithm of the Coriolis flowmeter sensor according to the simulation model; write the upper computer program to realize the real-time monitoring and parameter modification of the measurement data; the stiffness algorithm and The compensation algorithm is tested experimentally. The experimental results show that the stiffness algorithm can track the changes in the stiffness of the measuring tube, and the compensation algorithm can significantly improve the accuracy of the Coriolis flowmeter when measuring gas-liquid two-phase flow.
