A Design and Realization of GA-Optimized Wire Antenna with A On-Body Matching Network

In this paper, a based on the loaded dipole antenna of GA-optimized and matching network is proposed. The genetic algorithm(GA)-optimized is used to optimize the position and value of inductance/resistor (L/R) loads to achieve matching in frequency range. Finally, the antenna achieves impedance matching in the operating frequency range of 20-1600MHZ-hence a 80:1 bandwidth (195%), with VSWR less than 3.5, and the gain is gradually increased from -19 dBi to -2.1dBi.
