Artificial Intelligence, Financial Canteen and Internal Control: A Case Study of Chinese Catering Industry

Based on the theories of artificial intelligence and internal control, we establish a scientific management system of internal control. The purpose of this paper is to establish the model of data analysis. And then the financial indicators can be automatically evaluated by the internal control of the reverse order method, and the intelligent identification and early warning also can be carried out. This paper finds that each unit can carry out the optimization management of internal control and artificial intelligence according to the production sequences. The internal control paradigm of combining centralized procurement with decentralized management is adopted to establish the analysis databases of regional big data artificial intelligence. All those are conducive to improve the efficiency of internal control of canteen materials, and this can effectively prevent job occupation and corruption so as to safeguard the rights and interests of the state and the people.
