Study on optimal adjustment of ammonia injection in thermal power units based on deep peak shaving

With the proposal of the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, the thermal power unit has gradually changed from the main power supply to the regulating power supply. Frequent peak shaving of thermal power units will lead to uneven ammonia injection in denitration system, resulting in high ammonia escape rate of units. Based on the problems of ash accumulation and blockage of air preheater caused by high ammonia escape rate of a 350MW heating unit, the denitration optimization is studied through the combination of theoretical research and experimental research. Through denitration optimization and adjustment, it is calculated that the economic benefit brought to the unit is about 443000, and the optimized operation and adjustment contents and precautions are obtained according to the operation experience, so as to provide reference experience for the optimization and adjustment of similar units.
