The Continuous Usage of E-Wallet Support by Relative Advantage of Mobile Payment

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between perceived usefulness, relative advantage, and continuous usage of mobile payment e-wallet users. The research method used is a survey of 200 mobile payment e-wallet users in Bandung (Indonesia). This type of research uses quantitative so that a questionnaire is used to collect data and information from respondents. The data obtained were processed through SmartPLS by testing the Inner and Outer models and testing the research hypotheses. The results of data processing convey that perceived usefulness has a direct relationship with continuous usage but is not able to influence it properly. On the other hand, it is known that perceived usefulness is positively related and able to affect the relative advantage of mobile payment e-wallets. Another finding was conveyed that there was good support from a direct relative advantage in increasing continuous usage of mobile payment. This research has benefits for companies as mobile payment service providers, where there is user behavior that is able to continue to be developed through understanding perceived usefulness.
