Implementation and Simulation of Ruby Framework of Employment Diagnosis and Analysis Platform

This article introduces the architecture and key technologies of the Ruby on Rails framework, and compares it with other mainstream development frameworks such as J2EE and ASP.NET MVC. The purpose is to establish an employment diagnosis and analysis platform for higher vocational colleges. The work of entrepreneurship guidance is an important task of talent training in colleges and universities involves all aspects of students’ growth, social adaptation and future development. This paper designs an employment service guidance platform based on the Ruby on Rails framework, and combines the employment big data of previous colleges and universities to conduct a guidance analysis on the graduation work of this year’s graduates. The results show that the employment rate has increased by 4.3%.
