Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology and Process Control Robots in Food Processing

This paper studies the application of artificial intelligence technology and process control robots in the process of food intelligent manufacturing, the expansion of sensor control functions and the improvement of precision, the advancement of artificial intelligence technology, and the high integration of various sensing technologies to collect all aspects of information such as food quality parameters, food equipment operating parameters, food sensory evaluation parameters, etc. are used and integrated to achieve precise control of food processing, energy saving and consumption reduction. This paper realizes the intelligent functions of the process control robot system, such as image processing function and collision detection function.
