Study on the Causes of Over Education in China's Labor Market Based on Experimental Analysis

This paper uses the data of Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) in 2017 for empirical research, selects personal factors, family factors and work factors as the main independent variables, and takes over education as the dependent variable, and then establishes a logistic binary regression model for regression analysis after variable assignment to explore the factors affecting the occurrence of over education in the labor market. Finally, it analyzes and discusses the reasons and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, which can be used as a reference to alleviate the problem of over education.
