Research on the Construction Method of Sergeant Education Practice Teaching Condition Based on Smart Classroom

Aiming at the current problems in the practice and teaching of sergeant education such as weak teachers, lack of teaching resources, and single training environment; Introduce smart classrooms into practical teaching of noncommissioned officers, make full use of the network cloud platform to promote the construction of practical teaching conditions, and give principles for the construction of practical teaching conditions for noncommissioned officer education. From the perspectives of faculty optimization, training materials construction, actual combat training environment construction, and support system development, the countermeasures for the construction of practical teaching conditions for non-commissioned officer education under the perspective of smart classrooms are proposed; students can learn and consolidate course content and absorb the latest knowledge anytime and anywhere. Effectively improve the actual combat ability of trainees.
