Design of vehicle intelligent distributor based on solid-state power distribution

With the automotive technology development of integration trend, this paper proposed a design method in which the “Solid-state isolation driver + MOS tube” mode can replace the traditional solid-state relay (SSR) mode. In this method, the MOS tube which is the main calorific value device of SSR is designed outside the SSR. This paper also described the circuit design in detail through the example of a vehicle intelligent distributor. The design method is proved to be reasonable, feasible, and engineering-realizable by successfully passing the simulation and physical verification.
