3D Finite Element Analysis of Electric Field for Microwave Oven

This research presents a mathematical model of the electric field of a microwave oven. Which is expressed in the form of the second-order partial differential equation. Computer simulations were applied to the 3D finite element method developed with the MATLAB program and graphical results of the electric field values inside the microwave oven were used. In this research, a microwave oven operates at a frequency of 20 GHz. In the microwave oven, there is a waveguide called a magnetron. The Microwave will be blown by the fan to spread the waves throughout the oven. The vibrate causes food molecules when exposed to microwaves, causing heat. By dividing consideration into the placement of waveguide into 3 types: 1. Waveguide 1 side, 2. Waveguide 2 sides, and 3. Waveguide 3 sides.
