Integration of Visual Management in the Industry 4.0: Case Study

The new industrial revolution which called industry 4.0 will radically change the factories into a smart manufacturing. The industrial business will profit in terms of effectiveness and perfection and avoiding the valueless labors by many factories. Immediately upon the fourth revolution appearing, new solutions are needed to cooperate the technology of Internet with the visual Management (VM) tool. The objective of this paper is to analyze the link and the integration between Industry 4.0 and VM tool based on case study and solutions tools which are proposed. In fact, the VM will be an important part of this revolution. This study identifies the challenge of the integration of VM in industry 4.0 and discusses the possibilities of their adaptation. The implementation of VM in this new industry (VM 4.0) is required to manage the difficulties of the connected industry solutions and to keep the explosion of information flow caused by internet of things in the right way. The results achieved by combining the Industry 4.0 with Visual Management show the benefits of the use of these technologies for managing industrial issues and increasing productivity.
