Research on Storage and Computation Integrated Architecture Technologies of Power Distribution Network IoT Terminal

Based on research of high performance, lower power consumption RISC-V MCU(Micro Controller Unit) and non-volatile PCRAM (Phase Change Random Access Memory) hardware technology and the research of LiteOS lightweight operating system software technology, this paper designs a storage and computation integrated architecture for power distribution network IoT terminal. The architecture uses parallel hybrid memory hardware scheme as cornerstone, while carries out extension to the hardware drivers, memory management and file management modules of LiteOS and its application interfaces. Next generation power distribution network IoT terminal prototype implementation verifies the feasibility of this architecture. Experiment results demonstrate following advantages: Minimal sleep mode current consumption is only 5uA, processing power consumption reduced by more than 30% and storage and computation integrated variable data reading and writing performance improved more than 6 and 140 times within the typical power distribution network power line topology discovery and power quality monitoring function test scenarios.
