Design and Experimental Research of Automatic Nail Shooting Device for Screen Panel

Nowadays, the furniture industry develops rapidly, however it still needs a lot of manual production. Take the wooden screen panel as an example, the decoration of its covering cloth still depends on the workers' manual operation of the clothing and nailing. According to the production process and mode of office screen panel in the market, this paper designs and manufactures an automatic nailing device for screen panel, which can realize the automatic nailing and automatic nail shooting of screen panel covering cloth. At the same time, the device has a certain self-detection function. Through the design of the control system scheme and the corresponding device experiment, it is verified that the design scheme is reasonable and feasible, which can achieve the desired effect and effectively improve the production efficiency.
