Application of the dbscan Method to Solve the Problem of New Employees Adaptation

In this paper we are applying the DBScan clustering method to digitalize the process of adaptation of new employees in an enterprise. To speed up the implementation of a new employee, it seems like a good solution to offer him a number of tasks aimed at integrating into a new work environment. In order to make the proposed adaptation tasks really useful for each employee, we can either reduce their number to the most universal ones, or implement adaptive selection of tasks depending on the individual characteristics of the employee. Since the second option seems to be more promising, the object of scientific research of this article is its implementation using the DBSCAN clustering method. Financial costs are taken into account and a web interface for questioning employees has been implemented.
