Design and Implementation of the Large-scale Instruments and Equipment Sharing System

Large-scale instruments and equipment are one of the important factors to evaluate the comprehensive strength of universities, and they are also important resources to promote technological innovation and provide public services. This article analyzes the importance of instruments and equipment sharing management system, and summarizes the current problems of low sharing awareness, inadequate informatization, insufficient functions, and data isolation. In response to the above problems, taking the large-scale instruments and equipment sharing system of Harbin Engineering University as an example, the whole-process, integrated, and university-college two-level design and the features of the system are shared, and the achievements are discussed. The future work of the system is considered and proposed.
